Returns

If you purchased a product from our store which is NOT used and and not matches your requirement, then you can return to us as per below policy

Return Terms

  1. Products that have not been opened/programmed/plugged in/otherwise not used can be returned for a refund
  2. All return shipments must include an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. (return sent without an RMA number will not be processed)
  3. Products must be returned with all the accompanying original accessories
  4. Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including transit times.
  5. Customer will have to bear the shipment charges
  6. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded for any reason
  7. TAX will not be be refunded if the TAX filing has been completed
  8. If we find the returned product is not in re-sellable condition we may refuse the to take the product back
  9. Restocking fee of 20% of the product value will be deducted

Time Line

Refund will be governed as per below table

Ineligible for return

  • Damages due to misuse of product or incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  • Visible wear or tear on the product
  • Missing: accessories, manuals, anything that came with the product packing
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, labels, freebies or accessories.
  • Without RMA (Return Material Authorization) number
  • Burn or Physical damage to product, electronics components, parts, etc.
  • Products that are modified, re-soldered, etc.
  • If you paid by credit/debit card, and the issuing bank has initiated a charge-back, then you are not eligible for return/refund.
  • If you made any new order using your Loyalty Points or Discount Coupons.
  • You broke/open the original package
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Products that are Made-to-order/Customized Products as per the customer requirements

Return procedure

Step 1: Send a e-mail to support team with below details

  • Order/Invoice number
  • Description of the reason

Step 2: DIYIndia team will give you Return Form and Return address

Step 3: Pack and ship the product to Return address (Mention your Order ID in the address label)

Step 3: Our Team will send you the Return Address to which the product has to be sent

Step 4: Send courier tracking number to DIYIndia Support team

Step 5: Once the return product is received, DIY India Team will verify the products and process them as per return policy
